Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

30-Day Return Policy
We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. You have a full 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return if you're not completely satisfied with your item.
Our 30-day return policy is designed to provide a risk-free opportunity for first-time customers to try our products without any concerns about their efficacy. We have full confidence in the effectiveness of our products, which is why we're happy to offer a refund if you follow the usage instructions for 14 days and experience no improvement. We value your trust and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, please keep the following conditions in mind:
- For items that haven't been used (applicable when you purchased more than one bottle in a single purchase), please ensure the item is in its original condition, undamaged, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For items that have been partially used (applicable when you purchase only one bottle in a single purchase or one bottle out of multiple bottles in a single purchase), please retain the remaining portion of the product along with its original packaging. You'll also need to provide documents explaining the reason for the return, as well as the receipt or proof of purchase.
We want to ensure fairness while maintaining the quality of our returned products, which is why we strictly don't recycle or resell them. Instead, we process them further to ensure safety and donate them to charitable causes, such as old folks' homes, as part of our E.S.G mission. To support this charitable effort, please avoid mixing or contaminating the product with other substances.
Starting a return is easy. Simply reach out to us at admin@drbrillante.com and let us know your reasons for the return. We'll guide you through the submission process and provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please make sure to contact us before sending the items back, as we won't be able to accept returns that haven't been requested in advance.
Refund:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of its approval status and initiate the refund process. If your return is approved, we'll refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days after deducting processing fees, if any. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at admin@drbrillante.com. We're here to assist you throughout the process.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not accept damages as a valid return reason if more than 3 days have passed since your receipt date.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned earlier, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We want to ensure a fair and positive experience for all our customers and to avoid abuse of the return service, so please keep the following additional terms and conditions in mind:
1) Each customer is eligible to initiate one return only. To facilitate the return process, upon purchase, you are expected to create and maintain a user account with accurate personal information, for verification purposes.
2) To ensure the integrity of our return service and safeguard against any potential abuse, we cordially request that all patrons diligently adhere to the prescribed usage instructions for a continuous period of 14 days. This entails the consistent application of the product 15 to 30 minutes before bed and maintaining a consistent sleeping cycle. In the event of a return based on unsatisfactory outcomes, it may be necessary for us to solicit verifiable evidence of ineffectiveness, which could include day 1 selfie and day 14 selfie with timestamps, as well as a sleep time tracker history. 3) As our product's ingredients are all-natural, we have not received any reports of allergies so far. However, we understand that rare allergies can occur. If you experience any allergic reactions after using our product, please discontinue use immediately, consult a doctor, and inform us of the situation when initiating your return.
4) Subject to the governing laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, it is important to note that an ancillary remittance may be levied upon the return process, commensurate with a percentage ranging from 3% to 12% of the prevailing purchase price. This remittance, deemed necessary to defray administrative overheads, shall be applicable to cover the incurred costs. Henceforth, gratuitous offerings, redeemed articles, and items bestowed with exceptional price reductions or promotional considerations shall be deemed ineligible for any form of monetary restitution.
5) We reserve the right to reject a return if we suspect any abuse of our return service. We believe in fairness and trust, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a positive experience for all our customers.
